1. Company Information

The present Terms & Conditions apply to all services and digital products provided by:

Dynara Group LLC (“the Company”) operates internationally and sells digital products, creative services, educational programs and immersive experiences.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms govern the sale of:

A — Digital Products

• PHOTOMASTER (online photography program)

• Lightroom presets

• Digital guides, workshops, videos

• 1:1 coaching sessions

B — Creative Services

• Photography (weddings, brands, creative projects)

• Filmmaking & visual storytelling

• Documentary & travel projects

C — RAWAAH Circle Immersive Experiences

• Women-only immersive journeys

• Current program: RAWAAH China

By purchasing any product or service, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD or EUR depending on the product.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe or equivalent).

Payment plans, when offered, constitute a full financial commitment.
The client agrees to complete all installments.

No service or digital access is delivered without full or initial payment.

4. Digital Products

4.1 Delivery & Access

Access is delivered immediately by email or via the client’s personal account.

4.2 No Refund Policy (Digital Content)

In accordance with international consumer law relating to instantly delivered digital content:

All digital product sales are final.
No refunds or cancellations are possible once access is granted.

The client explicitly waives the right of withdrawal by purchasing digital content.

4.3 Intellectual Property

All digital products remain the intellectual property of Dynara Group LLC.
The client agrees not to:

• share access credentials

• reproduce, distribute or resell any content

• publish or reinterpret the content as their own

Violations will result in legal action.

4.4 Coaching 1:1

• Cancellation allowed up to 48h before the session → full refund.

• Less than 48h → session due & non-refundable.

• No-shows = non-refundables.

5. Creative Services (Photography & Filmmaking)

5.1 Booking

A non-refundable retainer of 30–50% is required to secure any date.
No date is booked without the retainer.

5.2 Payments

Full payment must be completed:

• 7 days before weddings & brand projects

• On the day of the shoot for small sessions (if agreed)

5.3 Client Cancellation

• Retainer = non-refundable

• Cancellation < 30 days → 80% of total invoice is due

• Cancellation < 7 days → 100% due

5.4 Company Cancellation

In case of force majeure, Dynara Group LLC will:

• provide a competent replacement OR

• fully refund the client

5.5 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery:

• Photos: 2–8 weeks

• Films: 4–12 weeks

Delays may occur during high-demand periods.

5.6 Usage Rights & Copyright

Dynara Group LLC retains full copyright.

Clients receive:

• personal use license (individual clients)

• commercial license (brands/companies) at extra cost

Modification of images without authorization is prohibited.

5.7 Portfolio Usage

By default, the Company may use images for portfolios, website, social media or promotion.
Clients may request written opt-out before the shoot.

6. RAWAAH Circle — Travel Experience

6.1 Nature of Service

RAWAAH Circle is not a travel agency or tour operator.
It provides:

• immersive experiences

• guidance

• selected activities

• non-commercial group travel

• an accompanying creative & personal development experience

Clients book their own flights, insurance and international transfers.

6.2 Price & Payment

• Deposit (non-refundable)

• Balance due at the date indicated

• Payment confirms participation

6.3 Client Cancellation

• Deposit: non-refundable

• Balance: non-refundable under any circumstances

• Client may transfer her spot to another participant (subject to approval)

6.4 Cancellation by the Company

Full refund will be issued if RAWAAH cancels the trip.

6.5 Responsibility

Dynara Group LLC is not responsible for:

• missed flights / delays

• injuries, illnesses, accidents

• weather conditions

• loss or theft of personal items

• itinerary changes for safety reasons

6.6 Mandatory Insurance

Each participant must provide:

• valid travel insurance

• valid medical coverage

• valid identification/documents

6.7 Participant Conduct

RAWAAH reserves the right to remove any participant who jeopardizes the group, safety or the experience.
No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Personal Data (Privacy & GDPR)

Dynara Group LLC collects only necessary data for:

• order processing

• account management

• communication

• legal obligations

Data is never sold or transferred.
Clients may request access or deletion of their data at any time.

8. Liability & Force Majeure

The Company cannot be held liable in cases of:

• natural disasters

• pandemics

• border closures

• injuries or illnesses

• events outside its reasonable control

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:
→ Wyoming (USA) law
→ International e-commerce standards
→ GDPR principles where applicable

In case of dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to competent courts in Wyoming, USA.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a product or booking a service, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms without reservation.
